"Extremely expensive for the service. Room are clean and bright but bit small (we didn’t have a nice view tho) corridor are freezing, staff is ok but not all very friendly. Breakfast is very good but they didn’t wanted to serve me at 10:40 (the website says 11..) very disappointing especially when you paid it. The splash pool is really a splash pool.. enough to put your feet inside but don’t expect a chill day by the pool.. it’s not a bad hotel but for the price they should make a bit more effort. Nice Design is not enough "

"It is a one-bedroom apartment. Although it has a balcony, it is actually on the basement floor. The bedroom has a fake window. The overall layout of the room is decorated in Nordic ins style. There is a double bed, the sofa can sleep one more person, and a bathroom.
Breakfast is not provided, but there are a lot of food near the apartment, very close to the local Carmel market, you can go to the Carmel market to buy fruits and vegetables. There is also an am:pm supermarket chain not far away. Great location
Free beer, mineral water and chocolates are provided for staying in the hotel, which is very considerate. You can contact the hotel in advance to store your luggage. There is a large locker in the building.
A cleaning fee is required after check-in."

"Hotels in Tel Aviv are usually expensive. The location is good, the seaside, the service is warm, the breakfast is good, you can have breakfast while looking at the sea view, the breakfast is very rich. Free refreshments in the hotel lobby in the afternoon. Walking along the coast for half an hour to an ancient town, the architecture is very characteristic."

"Hotel 1935 is a beautiful, clean, new “boutique” hotel with extraordinary staff and prime location in the heart of the city.
The rooms have all the amenities of a world class hotel, including free WiFi, a safe for valuables, an amazing shower, compact refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine (with as many pods as you need), air conditioning, modern lighting, and large screen internet-connected smart TV.
The staff were all eager to help, friendly, and hospitable.
The hotel is new, and the restaurant has not opened yet."

"When booking a hotel it was written that you can settle at any time of the day, but when we arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m. there was closed. We tried to contact any staff, but no one took the phone. One time, a man named Sasha answered her and shouted, ”I sleep, I sleep bl.” Only 40 minutes later we were answered to WhatsApp and sent the code from the door.
Later it turned out that this Sasha was in charge of cleaning rooms, but he did it very badly. Could not come at all, so we had to write on the respiratory when we had already dumped garbage, towels and bed linen were not fresh.
The hotel is in itself pleasant and is close to class areas, but staff is working with a great favor."

The hotel itself is situated on HaYarkon Street, just behind the Hilton hotel and only a block in one direction from the beach and a couple of blocks in the other direction from Dizengoff St. The bedrooms are on the small side and decor is a little dated, but generally in good condition and very clean. In any case, with so much to do in Tel Aviv, very few people come to stay in their bedroom. Breakfast is served in the entrance lobby lounge area and is excellent, even by the high standards set in Israel. Not only is there a wide selection of foods on offer, but the quality is very high and generally very healthy too (chocolate babka aside, but exceptions can always be made for that!).
Overall, it was a great experience - the reviews are true - and I will definitely return on future visits to Tel Aviv.

All the websites that the hotel advertises state that there are slippers, a table, and the pictures also show an armchair. In reality, there are none, and the room was very small. The pictures do not reflect reality, and I stay in a lot of hotels. Second, we left at 8 in the morning and returned at 3 p.m. and the room was not cleaned. We didn't really need to clean, but to refill soap, towels, and basic things. It was impossible to call reception from the room, the phone didn't work. The reception didn't really understand when I was surprised that the room hadn't been cleaned until 3 p.m. After an exhausting morning and afternoon in the heat, I had to vacate the room for another hour and waited in the lobby and oops.. We went up to the room and it still hadn't been taken care of!!!. We spoke to the receptionist and it wasn't until around 5 p.m. that the room was tidied up. Any compensation? Forget it. Just exhausting and wasted time from my vacation. Too bad.

This hotel should be the best service hotel, especially intimate and comfortable. I fell in love with their bed, which was extremely comfortable, whether it was pajamas, slippers, toiletries, etc. The roof also has a spa room and an open-air bar. The point is that the price is still very high. Instead of living in those small hotels by the sea, it is more comfortable than staying at this hotel in the city center.
